As a ServiceNow System Architect, I help to drive the overall architecture of development and design of the ServiceNow platform to ensure we deploy quality solutions for our users. To achieve this, on a daily basis, I work directly with other developers, administrators, architects, and the user community. Additionally, I build and maintain custom applications, forms, integrations, maintain our production instance, non-production environments, perform platform upgrades, provide guidance to our developers, team lead, project manager, and more.

As a Service Level Analyst, I worked in multiple areas and performed multiple tasks. Working backwards from end to start, this position entailed acting as a ServiceNow System Architect and ServiceNow developer from 2016 to 2019. As a developer, I helped to implement the ServiceNow platform for LLUH, developed strategies and guidelines, worked directly with customers as a business analyst, worked as project manager for multiple projects, and team lead.Prior to this I provided customer service through analysis and problem determination of recurring problems, managed complex projects, lead multiple teams, and contract evaluation.
