design a series of power management units for MCU (40nm....)
design high precision algorithm ADC,sar ADC, sigma delta ADC for car audio system and electric car together with LG.

1:To lead a project team, to cooperate with division people or other involved departments.
2: To define and develop in close cooperation with team leader & divisional project leader, Application specific integrated circuits for car audio market , supporting the production start-up of the products and guarantying continuous technical support.
3: Lead projects, assure time to market and design quality. Gain excellent competence in specific technical field, follow-up the development in this field and deploy the knowledge within the design community, coach junior IC-Design Engineers.
