- Sales analysis: build sales mix model to understand sales trend and key factors, provide pricing plan and promotion & product comprehensive analysis and suggestion for new promotion/product strategy - Site model: build and update site sales forecast model and store profit/payback model, define and verify site selection base data, review model result vs. actual and keep improving the whole model- Business planning and budgeting: provide sales forecast building blocks, key cost assumption verification and business scenario evaluation- Data warehouse: lead data warehouse project, coordinate internal and external resource to build data warehouse; build and manage BI system (Qlikview) to fulfill data requirements from other departments - Reporting: provide accurate and punctual KPI dashboard and sales/operation reports

Main work scope: - Product analysis: Price/Cost/Profit analysis for product matrix- Budgeting/Forecast: Budget model building; assumptions set-up and validation; communication, instruction and consolidation, summary and variance analysis; result presentation - Finance Reporting and business overview: Finance result reporting, budget vs. actual analysis and business overview comments- Financial assessment: Rev/Cost analysis to drive/clarify business directions and support different business decisions- Accrual Cost calculation and presentation

- Build center resource models to help top management team understand, allocate and predict the resource requirements, and improve the operation efficiency- Study customers’ behavior to find new business opportunities, develop new product strategy and simulate/track how new product/feature will bring on revenue and cost/margin- Provide Dashboard, Regular reports and KPI data for top management and the front line by Excel, SQL Server Reporting Service, Qlikview etc- Work with the develop team to ensure the availability and accuracy of data warehouse for reporting

-Get business data from BI tools, database and other resources, try to catch exceptions of business data; find the root cause of exceptions and present audit reports. - Build and maintain KPI dashboard system, set KPI alert system to locate exceptions

- Contact the customers to get new projects and orders - Maintain the customer relationship, ensure the delivery and payment
