• Finding new clients, creating opportunities and securing/closing the deals by understanding the customers’ both technical and commercial needs. • Working with sales team and solutions team for commercial and technical proposals. • Presenting solutions. • Managing the inside sales team and procurement process for accurate delivery. • Monitoring the material delivery status, project progress and reporting back to customer regularly. • Coordinate with solution team, operation team, vendors, suppliers and customers. • Negotiation with vendors and customers in some conflicts to achieve the mutual goals. • Keeping excellent relationship with customers by providing regular supports and follow up. • Enhancing professional, technical and product knowledge by attending trainings, taking courses and exam provided by vendors. • Generating BOM, Design and proposals.

• IT Administrator/Support at client site, Myanmar Industrial Port. • Administration network firewall, assign security policies, apply web-filtering, configuring routing.• Regular maintenance and health check of network devices and servers. • Windows installation for staff PCs. • Configure P2P Wireless network from main building to another building in the container yard. • Troubleshooting and solving complaints of office network, wireless network, servers and PC.
