My job contract is completed at end of April 2021 with WHH.The project activities are suspended because of there are two reasons; 1) COVID 19 Pandemic outbreak all over the World., 2) Military Coup happened in Myanmar Since 1st February' 2021. In Myanmar, the situation is not simple and very complicated so now no more investment in Myanmar. And WFP also announced that Food scarcity in Myanmar if the situation is not back to normal.Worried for Myanmar people.

Conduct to the Channel Sales team, reset to strategy of Sales and operation. Encourage to reached the Organization's majority goals which is enhance to income of the Myanmar farmers or who are living the people at the rural area in Myanmar.Selling the products regarding irrigation products and solar system lamp and supporting technology to the farmer, that is we call social business.

Sales Manager: Duty and responsibility:1. Conduct to the distributor sales team to achieve the Goal in multi channel2. Monitoring to Inventory Control and forecast, rolling forecast once a month, prepare monthly purchase order 3. Set the whole year sales target for Myanmar and its region4. Create the sales promotion activities for retail/ wholesale/ modern trade /School and horeca channel5. Set plan for monthly trade promotion as nation-wide6. Monthly report to Indochina Sales Manager 7. Coordination with distributor and principle in the daily operation

I was performed in the Cyclone Giri Emergency Operation in Myebon Township as a Field Logistician to do all logistics tools which is included office set up activity, procurement, warehousing, safety and security for all staffs, transportation and asset management since October’2010 till to December’2010. The majority of job descriptions are as follow;* Warehousing: New WH set up operation (medical and non- medical), Planning, organizing, design, coordinating with key persons and implement as per final decision effectively. Create Merlin warehousing and Pharmacy management procedures & policies in both theoretically and practically (Temperature control and record, GRN, Bin Card, Stock card, Waybill, Memo, waiver, SR-Q, SR-P, STR, Contract Payment ect;) Random stock check as monthly and 100% physical stock check quarterly base in main warehouse. Prepare and send weekly Stock Movement report to field Logs and Log Coordinator. Ensure that goods distribution, dispatching from WH to the project area in timely. Make sure all WH filing system are systematically and properly organized and maintained. To follow up all dispatch items to the field and get familiar with field Logistician by regular contact for sharing update information by phone, fax and e-mail. To produce quality monthly Stock movement report, Fleet report.* Fleet Management: Lead and manage Merlin Fleet team effectively (head of driver, drivers, and mechanic ect; To review and standardize the driver's weekly duty roaster, travel plan, passenger movement, leave and TOIL plan together with team. Make sure that all related document such as Log sheet, Fuel book, driver regulation, MOU, tool kit, first aid kit, ect; Ensure that fuel consumption of vehicle and generator and maintenance. *Asset & Inventory Management: Monitor the update list of Merlin properties according to guideline and policy. Labeling for country assets and inventory. Produce to monthly asset and inventory report to Log coordinator.

I was appointed as a Regional Logistics Manager at the beginning of operation in order to support in timely implementation of multi sectors and to follow the logistics procedures and donors guild line of procurement procedures for those regions in Eastern part of Delta; Maubin, Kyaiklat, Pyapon, Mawlamyaing Kyun and Hlaing Bone after Cyclone Nagis. My key accountabilities are as follow;• Coordinate field procurement activities with the programme supply chain by the setting up of effective order management system at local level and passing these up to the relevant sector in HQ• Ensure management of transportation and warehousing for the multi sectors at field level is in line with Save the Children UK standard.• Make sure that supporting to Procurement process and procedure to be completed within time frame of programme activities in HQ and area office.• Ensure stock management and administration system are implemented. Monitor projects stock levels and advise on appropriate stocking and replenishment to meet project demand.• Work in close collaboration with other members of the Save the Children UK team; sharing information on the assessments and proposed intervention, providing overview of logistics requirement for the developments of project proposals.• Ensure all information is collected and passed between field and HQ including requisition, stock reports, and fuel consumption report.• Participation in cluster meeting with other agencies at field level, cover all logistics officers and area team in the field when they take sick leave.• Coordinate with the area team for food distribution, like as receiving rice, quality and weighting checks and arranging transportation.• Ensure that invite to quote for local procurement practices and according to donor compliant, rule and regulation of Save the Children UK standard.
