 Participate in planning, implementing and configuring the Expansion Metro Network Infrastructure (200G) Project and Core Network. IP Address Planning for DIA, IPVPN, L2 customers Accomplish testing and planning for new services as on customer demands, new deployments and ongoing projects. Monitor and analyze the whole infra traffic Report Bandwidth utilization and plan traffic status to avoid the congestion Monitor and maintain access, transmission and core network devices Provisioning for new setup customers in Core Network such as B2B customers (DIA, IPVPN, MPLS VPN, etc.) Plan HLD, LLD and service integration and testing for a new expansion POP site  Configure Huawei OLT (MX5800-X7), ZTE OLT (C320) Plan and configure VRF, BGP, MPLS, L3VPN, and M-BGP for IPVPN service one of largest Local Enterprise customers groups to extend on the new expansion metro infra. Install Cache Servers (GGC & Netflix OCA). Maintain logs and handle daily network operations Detect, track, troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and connectivity problems  Optimize upstreams traffic during the IPT link issue incident occurring. Evaluate potential problems, technical issues, and Report detail of RCA Back-end support to NOC and Field Engineers. Handle and solve within SLA for customers’ complaints which are escalated from NOC. Create and maintain documentation for network design, HLD and LLD. Prepare CR and MOP for service migration and integration Provide all required reports on time Provide 24/7 remote standby support for network connectivity issues and major incidents.

 Ensure stable and maximum possible service availability and performance. Perform day-to-day network performance monitoring Communicate effectively with upstream providers for transit link matters and troubleshoot efficiently.  Troubleshoot and Maintenance over networking devices (L2 Switches, CE Routers, ONUs and Wireless APs) Provisioning for new setup customers in Core Network such as B2B customers (DIA, IPVPN, MPLS VPN, etc.) and FTTx relocations, migration such as ONU configuration. Provide technical support and solution services for onsite Engineering team (FE team, Fiber Team), Customer Services Team and B2B Key Account Managers based on the customer requirements. Manage and maintain Monitoring System such as creating monitoring links, log alerts, updating upon necessary. Keep track on maintenance of technical documentation and solving trouble tickets in timely.  Calculate monthly SLA of B2B customers and report to management. Provide sharing sessions and trainings to team members and juniors on analyzing occurred incidents, and troubling the issue and giving technical support services to related teams. Provide all required reports on time.

 Attending day-to-day end-users' complaints and infra site down cases effectively. Proactive monitoring of the whole infrastructure (access network, metro network, core Network, DWDM Network, and IGW network) and logging the cases immediately should an event occur. Troubleshooting problems, identifying their source, and applying solution through effective implementation of prevention measures. Liaise with cross-teams to ensure the issues are resolved accordingly to the SLA provided Experienced in monitoring tools such as Nagios, Cacti, Smokeping, etc. Communicating and collaborating with local and foreign partners. Regularly participates in the Shift Handover process with previous and incoming shift team to help sync and transfer any ongoing issues or outages. Work in 24/7 shifts.
