Supervise program staff in all aspects to ensure compliance with program deliverables of delivering over $500,000 in rental assistance each month.

I supervised 4-5 coordinators by supporting the coordinators in assessing client eligibility and case compliance with the SF ERAP program. Additionally, I provided rental assistance to an average of 25 households each month by reviewing the coordinators’ client case files.

I identified and gathered the necessary documentation to evaluate a client’s eligibility for rental assistance which resulted in a rental assistance payment for 118 clients. Also, I advocated on behalf of clients with their landlords and landlords’ attorneys to avoid evictions while their rental assistance application is pending.

I managed a Salesforce account for over 300 high school program participants. These participant data were then compiled together in the grant proposals that were submitted to the federal and state educational departments.

I acted as a liaison between patients and pharmaceutical companies. Managing a caseload of over 20 patients, I helped these patients apply and re-enrolled for patient assistance programs offered by pharmaceutical companies to obtain free brand-name medications.

Our clinic served the non-English speaking Asian population in the Sacramento Area. As a patient advocate, I translated between Chinese patients and non-Chinese speaking doctors/medical students during medication consultations and in-room body check-ups to ensure patients receive quality healthcare services.

I worked alongside a PhD candidate who studied the restoration of tidal marshes under different conditions. I preserved the infauna samples that we gathered from the tidal marshes in formalin and prepared the sediment samples for carbon analysis.
