*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.*•Safety Induction program Training for all new employees.•Ensure the compliance of company Safety Standards and responsible for maintaining the HSE policies of the company, client safety regulations.•Undertaking site visits for regular inspection and reporting non-conformities to Management.• Assist in Incident/Accident investigation..•Conduct mass Toolbox meetings to all employees.•Preparation of Job safety analysis and Risk Assessments.•Conduct periodic site Audits related to Safety and Environment and active participation in Management inspections.•Periodic inspection of tools and equipments, fire fighting and fire prevention devices, Safety harness etc.•Maintain co-ordination and consultation with First Aid and Emergency response team.•Enhance the safety awareness of employees and giving motivation by conduction Safety campaigns, job specific trainings, and mock drills to employees.•Ensure that the work is going on in accordance with the safety standards of our client with relevant documents such as Permit to work, Job hazard analysis, Method statements and other necessary supporting documents.•Co-ordinate with the top-level management for implementing safety standards for creating a safe work site and atmosphere and proper follow up of the same.•Giving support and assistance in delivering the HSE Quarterly and Annual Target Objectives.•Performing & conducting the meetings.•Encouragement program & appreciation to employees.•Ensuring of proper compliance of safety rules & regulations as per the site requirements.•Maintaining the all safety records.
