• Managed many tournaments and camps that held in NEWGIZA club for many sports (Football - Basketball - Gymnastics - Water Polo - Water Ballet - Swimming - Squash - Judo - Tennis – Skating- Triathlon – Archery).• Managed the day-to-day operations of a sports, including hiring and training employees, scheduling shifts and maintaining inventory.

• Responsible for all administrative and financial aspects to ensure operating all sports games in an efficient way without interfering in the technical areas.• Supervising and following up all sports admins on daily basis across all club sports games.• Responsible for following up on the collections of games subscription fees, after printing the payment request for the players.• Conduct the daily sports facilities checklist.• Responsible for monitoring and recording the attendance and the applications of coaches and players • Responsible for completing and updating the sports teams and players’ database on a regular basis• Responding to all inquiries and requests from members.• liaising with local sports councils, regional committees, and national governing bodies.• Plan ahead and organize for pre-schedule sporting events and tournaments to ensure that all needs are met on time.• Order sporting and office equipment as needed.• Follow up financial procedures for the teams responsible for them and the various sporting events.• Follow up all academies’ training schedules, teams, and all sports equipment related to facilities, sports clothes, and playgrounds that might be needed.
