In the realm of 3D reconstruction, I had the opportunity to work on a project involving the segmentation of an object using a Neural Radiance Fields (NeRF) model. My responsibilities encompassed the development and implementation of preprocessing steps, leveraging advanced computer vision and machine learning methodologies.I further customized the NeRF reconstruction models to align with our specific project requirements, demonstrating adaptability and technical proficiency. To enhance the quality of the 3D mesh, I applied a variety of post-processing techniques, in order to deliver high-quality results.This experience provided me with invaluable insights into project management, fostering a collaborative environment within our team, and effectively communicating with supportive supervisors. It was a significant step in my professional journey, reinforcing my skills and knowledge in the field of 3D reconstruction and machine learning.

In my capacity as a Full Stack Developer, I was entrusted with the responsibility of building an entire e-commerce website from the ground up, starting with just an HTML template. My role encompassed the development of both the front-end and back-end of a comprehensive search and filtering system for the site’s product offerings.I engineered a dynamic method for generating SQL statements based on user requests, thereby enhancing the site’s responsiveness and user experience. Additionally, I designed an intuitive user interface for search and filtering, as well as a Data Table for the administrative side to efficiently view, search, and filter through all products.My responsibilities also extended to the creation of an administrative dashboard and portal, facilitating the management of products and website elements. This included the addition of product information and images. I was very privileged to be among the 1000 candidates selected between 36000 applicants to engage in the 2022 summer internship program created by such an esteemed institution such as NBE.I was able to absorb so much knowledge and experience from my supervisors and I have them to thank for developing my skills during the internship.By collaborating with my fellow interns under the supervision of Senior IT specialist Ahmed El-Araby, we used Oracle DB to assign roles and design a hierarchy with corresponding privileges for each role within this hierarchy .Working on such a large scale database with millions of users honed my skills to optimize queries and create indexes to minimize search time, furthermore it was very challenging to implement a balance hierarchy for the roles of the users as their number and privileges varied greatly.It was a great and friendly work environment yet professionalism remained the priority.
