Review Electrical & Mechanical Design Documents, Client’s comments, EPC Interface control documents and Shop Drawings, Prepare and Issue RFIs in addition to, addressing potential solutions to develop optimal system solutions in all trades to achieve the highest project efficiency. • Review the technical specification for Electrical & Mechanical Materials against the Design. • Responsible for the reviewing of the contract and all the relevant design documents, material submittals, plans, MIRs, Method of statements, site preparations and progress reports of a 30 million euros escalator and elevator package, also, preparing the subcontractor’s addendums after developing and evaluating the change cost formulas. • Interface with EPC consortium members to achieve all requirements in the design. • Prepare and review variations/claims from subcontractors, consortium members and client representative with respect to the relevant contracts. • Coordinate with the all concerned parties (Consultant, Partners, subcontractors) by negotiating with the Client’s consultant to maintain the electromechanical systems’ budget in accordance with the project’s tender specs to maintain minimum change orders and variations sustaining the desired project’s profitability as possible. • Prepare Testing and Commissioning Plan and review SAT Documents. • Review the Cuber security system requirements and negotiating with the different relevant consultants to ensure the maximum required security standards with minimum cost.

Study the relevant catalogues in order to have a full knowledge of the manufacturing equipment. • Ensure that industrial machinery and equipment (chains, air compressor & presses) run reliably for smooth supply chain processes by monitoring the logical control of the process and performing breakdown maintenance and supervising the assigned technicians.
