Oversee operations for residential rental properties: Accounts payable/receivable, purchase orders and service requests, contract negotiation, monthly financial reconciliation, and prepare/present financial reports for court proceedings. Establish and maintain professional relationships with contractors and other service providers to obtain services for residential contracts. Provided services to the public in a high-volume employment center serving 80-100 walk in clients per day. Assisted job seekers visiting the resource center with resume/cover letter writing, completing job applications, filing unemployment claims, mock interviewing, referrals to job leads, and coordinating services with other social service agencies.

•Managed administrative tasks for establishing a multiple weekend, evidenced based retreat. Responsibilities included: Creating retreat literature, arranging catering services, ordering supplies for participants and staff, tracking participant attendance, recruiting volunteers, and conducting in home visits to provide information to participants about the retreat as well as to build rapport with families.•Facilitated therapeutic groups with multiple families in an outdoor setting. Retreats consisted of a rotating group of at least 40 participants per weekend. The principal interest was increasing family functioning and support for at risk youth transitioning to middle school. •Facilitated therapeutic groups using multi-modal approaches: Cognitive behavioral therapy, psycho-educational and expressive arts.• Collaborated with a team of four clinical social workers and five social work students to develop the programs first training manual for use in future retreats.•Collected quantitative and qualitative data on each intervention implemented, evaluated activities and participant responses to the activities in order to assess the effectiveness of the program.

• Planned and implemented developmentally appropriate and engaging activities for 15 varied aged children, aged two months to 8 years old.
