Lead the Digital transformation for customers to secure a safe and productive environment.Roles and Responsibilities:- Design Cloud Solutions for Mega IT Projects.- Deliver Microsoft Cloud Accelerator Workshops to help customers with cloud adoption.- Managing a team of 6 members of different seniority levels.- Managing the Service Catalog and the pipeline.- Preparing the Team Training Plans, Leading the Hiring Process and the new members readiness.- Meeting with Customers to confirm the business needs, provide IT consultancy and propose Solutions.- Meet with stakeholders to set expectations and agree on requirements and scope of work for Mega Projects.- Design and architect Microsoft Private Cloud Solutions

Managing large IT Infrastructure Projects, starting with compiling the project plan, time and risk analysis, handling Client communication, managing resources till the project delivery.Responsible for IT Process design using best practices, ITIL and MOF.Responsible for IT Infrastructure Architecture.Also Responsible for training and mentoring the team's new geeks ensuring the highest level of readiness.Helping with new partnership foundation and adoption of new technologies.
