A trusted strategy advisor at CxO level to provide clarity on Microsoft's vision and how our solutions align with their business objectives. • Proven field sales and business management, including extensive direct contact with customers; an ability to draft and implement successful sales plans; qualify, prioritize, and address business opportunities; coach, develop and mentor for technical development and leadership, sales negotiations; experience with customers at an executive level; training, coaching and motivating technical & sales teams.• Thorough understanding of Datacenter Management and Hybrid Cloud with System Center, Cloud computing Stack (Microsoft Azure IaaS & PaaS) , Cybersecurity and Enterprise Mobility ( Device and application Security , Data security , DLP , Identity & Access Management, Threat Detection ) , Enterprise Productivity ( Exchange , Office 365 ,Skype for Business , Enterprise Voice ) & Cloud Services Brokerage (CSB) platform (Identity management, product enrolment, provisioning, white label self-service portal, billing & subscription management).• Strong ability to both lead and build the capabilities of a driven, bright, collaborative team and bring out the best in team members, including recruitment, hiring, coaching, compensation, professional training and development.
