About Mina Raafat

Holding a solid experience for more than 18 years in the field of pharmaceutical marketing and sales. My current position is Head of portfolio in Sanofi Egypt & Sudan, where I am responsible for portfolio assessment based on financial and commercial attractiveness to land on the objective bottom line sales.During my years of profession I successfully built strong experience in different managerial roles including Marketing, Sales, Business development, Operational Excellence and Portfolio Management.In addition, I've developed a diversified experience in different therapeutic areas including Oncology, Hematology, Immunology, Transplantation, Cardiovascular, Diabetes and Anti-infectives. Effective leadership in driving performance of direct reports and cross functional teams.Regarding my education, I’m holding a Master degree in business administration with a marketing concentration from the American University in Cairo, and a bachelor degree in pharmaceutical sciences from Ain Shams University.
