I started my career with hardcore travel operations and adventure travel, also managed airlines back office operations for almost 10 years, before shifting into academics and trainings. For almost last 18 years I am primarily training students and professionals in soft skills and teaching Travel, Tourism and HR to college students in both full time and visitng freelance capacities. In my 28+ years of work experience I have also co founded and founded entrepreneurial endeavours in both travel and training domains. My training specializations include personal growth and excellence trainings that includes Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and NLP based mind coaching and transformative trainings with focus on time management, goal achivement, emotional intelligence, new age leadership, NLP communication and more. With strong industry operational and management training background, my specialization also inclides Travel Tourism and HR trainings that I conduct throguh both online and offline modes.
