• Schedule and dispatch technicians, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles for conveyance of materials/freight, or for normal installation, service, repairs, and emergencies rendered outside the place of business.• Reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.• Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at establishment and location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization.• Provide technical assistance to customers. Answer questions or resolve computer problems via telephone or electronically. Including Phone System, Network, DVR/NVR Camera, Server, and support Access Control systems.• Troubleshoot all remote trouble tickets during dispatch downtime. Field assistance when required.

• Provide troubleshooting and configuration assistance to small business DSL customers. Answer questions or resolve problems via telephone and email. Dispatch if necessary.• Cross selling high speed internet, speed upgrades, and inside wire maintenance programs.
