•Prepares and submits multi-state payroll tax deposits according to prescribed rates, laws, and regulations. •Provide outstanding tax services support by responding to and researching tax inquiries. •Frequent communication with customers regarding tax issues. •Completes forms for tax refunds. •Advises management regarding effects of business activities on taxes, and on strategies for minimizing tax liability. •Ensures that organization complies with periodic tax payment, information reporting, and other taxing authority requirements. •Prepares and submits amended state reports as needed. •Enrolls new clients into EFT payments and E-file services •Organizes and maintains tax records and conducts tax studies and special projects. •Performs implementation testing of tax setup and integrations. •Provides tax guidance to clients and/or internal organization.
