• Led team that worked closely with the banks currency and coin vendor Brinks to establish an automated ordering system for 100+ branches and all commercial clients. Created training documents to assist branches and commercial clients with ordering on a weekly basis and onboarding procedures for our commercial clients. Process resulted in increased efficiencies and reduction of FTE.• Project Manager for 36 branch closings and 8 openings. • Owner and administrator for the banks teller (Vertex – JHA) and new account (Streamline Deposit – JHA) system. Managed the Annual Release and Disaster Recovery testing.• Led team to convert from branch capture to teller capture to increase processing time efficiency and eliminate disaster recovery concerns. This change resulted in reduction of FTE. Created training materials and timeline for implementation in a phased approach.
