• Develop and single-handedly manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track whole progress from manufacturing to logistics and, to final handover. (Local & APAC)• Responsible to for all travel retail related projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within quality.• Responsible for coordination of project with internal resources and third parties/vendors globally.• Oversee production development in China to ensure that products meet quality and efficiency standards.• Sourcing of construction material from local and overseas (APAC). • Ability to source for local and overseas suppliers and sub-contractors quotation.• Tabulation of price comparison and costing summary.• Undertake costs analysis for maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.• Follow up with Freight forwarders/Couriers on moving the shipment.• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.• Prepare and submit reports, analyses, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Circular Road

• Planning and designing of layout for F&B restaurant & retails (Interior Fit-out).• Responsible for coordination of project design with clients, suppliers and contractors.• Conceptualization of restaurant themes and selection of materials • Preparation of presentation boards. • Preparation of full set detailed construction drawings. • Estimation of project costing & preparation of quotation.• Award Sub-contractor and suppliers, and prepare related document.
