As Vice President of Operations of Kleen Products, I am responsible for keeping the company’s day-to-day operations running smoothly. In addition to handling customer relations, I also handle commissions and work closely with our manufacturing reps out in the field. I handle all advertising, marketing & customer promos & such. I also serve as the accounts payable contact. I handle all budget reports along with the quarterly employee incentive bonus program. I also negotiate rates with freight lines to ensure the best price without sacrificing the highest quality possible. I do get out and enjoy a few trade shows through the year as well. I guess you could call me a Jack of all trades. I believe I learned that from my grandmother Claire.I’m so blessed to have been given the opportunity to step in and take over something my grandmother created, and to be able to work with my family on a daily basis is something I don’t take for granted.
