Long term substitute for 4th grade. Daily substitute teacher at all schools within the district, primarily focused in Lower Pottsgrove Elementary School.

Provide high level support to the President as well as the Senior Leadership Team. Focus on creating a workable office space and engagement of employees. Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes for leadership as well as Board of Directors. Calendar management, travel planning, video and phone conferencing.

Supporting the CEO/President as well as the Executive Leadership team for a thermoplastic molding and engineered plastic systems manufacturer. Provide high-level, confidential executive support to the Chief Executive Officer and five members of the executive lead team. Create agendas, capture meeting minutes, follow up with key stakeholders, finalize minutes with house counsel. Domestic and complex international travel arrangements including visas, expense reporting, video and phone conferences. Manage active calendars for business, philanthropic and personal purposes. Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for the executive team and Board of Directors.

Provide high-level, confidential executive support to the Chief Information Officer, eight additional executives and 30+ senior directors. Organize meeting agendas, logistics, domestic and international travel arrangements, expense reporting, video and phone conferences. Manage active calendars for business, philanthropic, community, and personal/family commitments. Perform planning for events with up to 1,200 participants and in multiple countries. Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
