Responsible to provide leadership and support for the successful execution of organization-wide quality program to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality client services. • Planned, implemented, coordinated and supervised agency-wide QI/QA functions.• Worked with internal and external stakeholders in regard to agency QI/QA activities.• Assured agency-wide compliance with KC Policies and Procedures, contract, HIPAA, WAC, RCW, accreditation and agency standards & policies and procedures. • Developed and oversaw implementation of agency performance indicators and clinical outcomes measurement system(s), including analysis and reporting summary data and reports.• Lead organization around healthcare integration implementing patient registries, physical & behavioral health screenings and care pathways.• Tracked progress in completion of internally and externally driven QA projects, incentives, penalties & action plans.• Worked with leadership and staff to identify and coordinate new system developments and/or enhancements• Maintained and updated the agency Policy and Procedure Manual pursuant to contract, RCWs, WACs, KCBHO and agency standards.• Demonstrated ability to contribute actively to problem-solving and constructively gives feedback and performance guidance.• Developed and maintained staff clinical training programs for staff development and performance improvement.• Assisted in formulating Transitional Resources’ strategic direction and supporting tactical initiatives.• Ensured readiness for audits and site reviews; facilitate agency participation in the review process and lead the development of the agency response to findings.• Anticipated and managed risk and liability issues pertaining to serving high-risk clients in community and service sites.• Monitored serious incidents and required follow-up.• Provided technical assistance and training to staff about documentation requirements, charting, and policies and procedures.
