As the Head Coach of our beginner 5k program I was responsible for overseeing the weekly operation of this 10 week program that we offer 3 times a year. As a FIT Specialist I assed customers needs through an interview process, and or measurement process. Then recommend the best products or services based on those needs. Some of those items include footwear, injury prevention aids, apparel, accessories, nutritional products, educational clinics and training programs. By provide our customers with an inviting environment to shop for both needs and wants I reached my goal of providing the best customer service possible.As the Apparel Buyer I was responsible for selecting apparel pieces from several top brands to sell at the store. I have helped plan and host different events to promote new apparel collections. I help educate the staff on important selling features of apparel and offer different selling strategies to help drive sales. I work with vendor representatives to ensure timely shipment of product as well as product incentives given to staff. I have also mentored for our No Boundaries training program. Through this program I was able to build strong relationships with program participants as well help a group of them set and accomplish new fitness goals.

City Of Sharonville

I worked as a Dance Instructor for The City of Sharonville as well as The Evendale Cultural Arts Center. I taught both children and adults in 30, 60 or 90 minute classes. These classes were dance style specific with level advancement, and taught using a curriculum format. Classes were in 4, 6, or 9 week sessions. Sessions began in September and ran through May. I choreographed, costumed and directed a spring recital each May. This offered the opportunity for students to showcase their dance skills.
