The Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst is a mentally demanding role with many challenges and responsibilities. This role provides and supports business applications, process and requirement documentation, and data management. This role is responsible for translating business needs into effective technology solutions and/or process improvements that optimize processes and ensure the business applications continue to serve the company by taking Business Requirements gathered by the Business Analyst department and converting them to system specific Functional Requirements in order to assist the developer in designing a solution. A strong understanding of systems and business process are therefore essential to this role. A basic understanding of data manipulation are also key. The Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst understands the business sufficiently to communicate the project details to the technology teams, and understands the technology sufficiently to communicate solutions to the business.

My primarily responsibility is the deployment, configuration, user maintenance and training of the organization’s enterprise solutions software. In addition, I coordinate with all departments within the company on corporate projects and communications as well as lead the company’s community relations in the areas of volunteering and community involvement.
