• Enter frequency orders/schedules in McKesson. • Scanning and uploading documents (orders, plan of care, labs, etc...)• Assisting DON/clinical supervisor and office manager with any needs • Regular office duties including but not limited to office supply orders, answering phones, faxing/emailing documents, etc... • Data entry, spreadsheets, daily logs, keeping track of clinician productivity. Daily interaction with patients and/or their families, nurses, and therapists to coordinate daily schedules to see patients in the home and in assisted living facilities.

• Daily interaction with nurses and therapists to coordinate daily schedules to see patients in the home and in assisted living facilities. • Enter orders in Soneto and input authorization. • Posting clinician notes for proper patient care and payroll. • Chart audits upon recertification and discharging patients. • On call duties that include, but not limited to: answering the phone, delegating who should be notified for each situation and moving visits to the proper day in Home Care Home Base so that patients can be seen accordingly. • Answering phones, making copies, basic office duties. • Assemble Start of Care packets, Recertification packets, Resumption of Care packets, and Discharge packets for nursing and therapy. • Ordered and distributed medical supplies for patient care.
