With nearly three years of experience in bioinformatics, I’ve developed a string skillset in computational biology, genomics, and data science.During my undergraduate studies, I built data pipelines in R and Python for NGS sequencing data and collaborated with PhD-level wet and dry lab researchers. My work spans single-cell RNA-sequencing, gene expression analysis, and statistical modeling, with projects ranging from neuroscience to bioengineering to synthetic biology. I’ve presented my research at national and international conferences and collaborated with diverse teams.Currently pursuing my MS in Bioinformatics at Boston University, I’m eager to apply my skills to meaningful projects and ambitious teams.
