My objectives are to bring a high level of integrity and professionalism into the yoga teaching environment. I've created a yoga teacher training program that helps to educate yoga lovers about all things yoga and empowers students to teach based on both the spiritual and physical teachings of yoga. I’m in my first year of training at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton.
