I work with non-profits and small to medium size business to manage their online presence. This can include social media content creation and scheduling, web site development, online reputation management, customer surveys and electronic newsletter creation and distribution. Every client has different needs so I work one on one with every client to design a campaign that fits their individual goals and budget. I have finally found a way to feed my passion and use my college degrees together in a manner that can positively impact nonprofits and small businesses. I earned a BA in English and Economics and then a double Master's Degree in Marketing and International Business. I worked in the tech industry for 20 years and have since worked with nonprofits and small businesses. I realized that many organizations need online presence management but can not afford t have a staff person working on it so I started offering my services.

To help businesses adjust or completely pivot their marketing during COVID, I have been teaching classes via Zoom for members of the Evergreen and Conifer Chambers of Commerce as well as for the JeffCo Business Resource Center. Course topics have included Social Media for Business, Google My Business, Website Design and SEO, Social Media Advertising, Electronic Newsletters and more.

Manage multiple social media channels using HootSuite.Trade show planning and execution. Making all arrangements from booth and logistics to designing marketing material and promotion. Coordinate and book company travel for on site trainings, trade shows and client visits. Daily client interactions via telephone and email to discuss potential and current projects. Web site maintenance and updates. Responsible for all accounting including invoicing, accounts payable, taxes and payroll.

I worked directly with non-profit clients to design and implement communication messages for print, television, radio and social media. I am tasked with finding, writing and optimizing interesting stories as well as sourcing and creating appealing visual media to bring the clients' messages to life. I monitor the exposure and report to clients on the success of campaigns and work to optimize future messaging.

Widely diverse set of responsibilities. Managed a sales staff both in house as well as an international reseller network.Worked with magazine staff to secure advertising and editorial coverage. Negotiated significant savings on magazine and industry publications saving 3D Nature over $100,000. Developed and maintained electronic communications via newsletters and eblasts with our international reseller network and clients. Planned and organized attendance for up to 6 trade shows annually. This included selecting optimum booth location. arranging all booth supplies, making travel arrangements for staff, designing and procuring marketing brochures and giveaways, conversing with clients and potential clients at the event and following up afterwards with contacts. Planned and executed local and remote training sessions for clients, Sessions lasted between 2 days and 5 days and required all course content material to be created custom for each class. Created training materials and protocol for new staff.

Managing use and maintenance of a 100+ year old building. Designed, prepared and delivered programs and playbills for productions using InDesign and other software packages.Prepared a member web site and wrote a tutorial so members could fully understand the features available to them. Maintained an event calendar for the building use as well as for Chorale member rehearsal and performances. Worked with clients who were renting the building to ensure their scheduling, technical and other needs were met and exceeded. Managed the artwork and artists who displayed their work in our Rotary Gallery. Upgraded the security and building automation system for the building. Worked closely with local contractors to make necessary updates to the building that in turn saved significant financial resources.

Assisting with document collection and preparation for State of Colorado Certification.Planned and organized Armchair Adventures, community events featuring key individuals working to save precious open space. Acquired donations for Night in the Park silent auction. Redesigned logo, letterhead and web page with a more modern design.
