With a rich career spanning over two decades, I am a dedicated professional with a passion for fostering educational and community development. Currently serving as the AmeriCorps Program Director for EngageKY+, I manage a $1M grant initiative aimed at enhancing volunteerism across Kentucky's secondary and postsecondary institutions. Prior to this, I held multiple leadership roles at Centre College, where I coordinated internship and study away programs, provided comprehensive career counseling, and spearheaded initiatives to enhance experiential learning. My tenure at Centre College also included significant contributions to strategic planning, assessment, and committee work, demonstrating my commitment to student success and institutional development.I also actively contribute to the Shepherd Higher Education Consortium on Poverty, serving in various leadership roles to address poverty alleviation through higher education.I am driven by a commitment to educational excellence, community service, and strategic development.
