Current* Opening and closing branch* Supervising vault procedures, teller activities* Increased authority limits; operational approvals, overrides* Analyze customer needs through customer profiling. Recommend products and services to best satisfy needs and close the sale.* Cross-sell additional products and services to develop and strengthen customer relationships. Attain personal sales goals and actively participate in the attainment of branch sales and revenue. Engage in all sales development activities.* Coaching tellers and develop team to enhance skill set, the service performance and sales objectives of the company.* Maintain a book of business for follow-up sales opportunities and tele-consulting efforts. Obtain and maintain Life Insurance licenses and meet minimum sales standards* Participate actively during meetings to share best practices and discuss areas for improvement. * Demonstrate the understanding of customer need based and unbiased advice * Provide referrals for lending, selling credit cards* Implement unique sales activities, organize special day events focusing on certain products* Act as the only supervisor in the branch; work as head teller, run the branch from opening to closing when needed (sometimes 3 weeks at a time)
