I've built up and created Clio's first ever Monetization and Pricing Team from scratch. I lead Clio's Global Pricing & Packaging Strategy to grow NRR, maximize expansion and new revenue, and ARPU. I report into the CMO and work directly alongside the C suite and exec team to create our mid to long term Strategy and enable executional plans for in-year delivery against our highest impact monetization initiatives; by ensuring cross-departmental alignment of goals and execution to drive the overall performance of the organization.

As the Head of Product Marketing, I led all of Clio's global portfolio of products and services launches. During my tenure: - I scaled the team by 300%, including adding Customer Marketing within the Product Marketing portfolio for a cohesive GTM and approach - Enabled a radical update to our core product and offerings, maintaining velocity for tripling product releases during the global pandemic that increased cloud-based service offering needs for legaltech - Led a company-wide engagement to refresh our Monetization approach, including Pricing and Packaging refresh- Launched core product and release update avenues, including the What's New and Improved in Clio series
