Main responsibilities:Define and manage strategic supply management and set up internal process to meet all business objectives which will enable our VTS Division to achieve our strategic and financial goals.There are 4 pillars to manage the divisional procurement:- Dominants spend through a global commodity sourcing team in Europe- Distribution Center (China, Europe, and US) sourcing activities - supplier excellence, OFM management, and project sourcing- Work together with products company (6 sites worldwide) to make alignment for service procurement- Integration of new acquisition into our current supply chain

Established a new sourcing team to meet the group procurement policySourcing Amount: 200 M EURO to 800 M EURO by 10 team membersAs one of global procurement leadership members to accelerate the sourcing success cases, also as the interface for large CAPEX with Chinese suppliers

Centralization the sourcing activities: integrated 4 independent sourcing offices into one APAC International Purchasing Office Scope: cover all SG industry BUs (Construction sector: Gypsum, Insulation, and Weber; HPS: Ceramics, Abrasives, Adfors, Life Science, Sekurit; Glass: Flat Glass and Glassolutions)Missions: 1. Optimize the sourcing procedure and improve the efficiency of the team2. Combine the project engineers and quality inspection team into sourcing activities3. Interface of global purchasing director for all BUs and convince the stakeholders by visible saving with limited risks4. Contribute the value to group profit by increasing the sourcing amount 5. Extend the sourcing activities to other Asian countries (Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand)

As one of members of Gypsum & Insulation Purchasing team to manage:- Asian suppliers who supply the product worldwide- Develop new supplier for CAPEX / OPEX / Merchandize

● Establish & develop sourcing procedure and organization for SG Glass Sourcing China● Recruit / manage / instruct sourcing officer, sourcing engineer, quality engineer, and sourcing assistant● Market survey for the goods which we used● Make preliminary studies & investigation on Sourcing & Purchasing Request from internal Customers of worldwide.● Take in charge as Sourcing Leader for important Sourcing Activities.● Establishment / adaptation / validation of technical specification & documents of call for bidding in close cooperation with central technical team in Europe● Set up Chinese vendor-list for rating (qualification / evaluation)● Technical & commercial negotiation with suppliers● Analysis of “quality / cost” balance● Participate to decision process on final supplier choosing● Manage regular statistics and reporting● Meeting with more than 300 plants managers per month for LCC sourcing● Follow up for issued order (administrative, logistic, and payment)

● Production TEAM assistant executive officer of operation;● Line balance and TAKT time management and compile Job Instruction;● New production components distinguish and QC process chart check; ● TPM management and workmen training about job instruction and quality;● To Pre-select new supplier and negotiation for the cost● To audit the process quality for the family product● Follow up the project components status● QCD Management● Compile and confirm work Instruction; including machining, surface treatment, powder coating and assembly. ● Verify Die and Model of new component together with supplier;● Transfer Die and Model of Metal Forming from Ingersoll-Rand to Supplier. Collect Sample data then calculate the Cpk and Ppk. ● Process Quality Control and Total Preventive Management;● Analyze the scrap and rework of Workshop Section /Cell ● Find out the main reason and resolve it.● DFT (Demand Flow Technology) Project Leader
