As a part-time tutor specializing in teaching Science, Chemistry and Biology using online platforms, I teach primary and secondary curriculums and guide candidates. My aim is to help students develop a deeper comprehension of their science course materials and assignments, thereby improving their academic success. I assess their needs and create appropriate lesson plans, using personalized learning plans to guide them towards a better understanding of course material and their learning styles. I create tailored lesson plans and study guides to teach and assist students in areas of study, and help them with homework, test preparation, examinations, and other academic tasks. During my internship, I worked on a variety of micro-projects that allowed me to develop a range of skills. One of my most significant accomplishments was developing XD Studio and Care2Run's YouTube channels, where I edited a total of 28 videos and updated the YouTube layout. Additionally, I worked on the video editing for SPS Programme, editing 8 lecture videos, 1 promo video, 3 testimonial videos, and Zul's video. I also had the opportunity to work on Instagram and marketing plans for SPS affiliate program and XD School's Instagram launch. On top of the various projects and responsibilities I undertook during my internship, I was also tasked with organizing the Care2Dance Challenge. This project involved planning and executing two challenges that took place in August and September, respectively. The challenges were well-received by the participants, and I was responsible for editing the videos and uploading them on YouTube Shorts. After releasing the Shorts videos, the XD Studio channel received a significant boost in subscribers, gaining 131 new subscribers in just one month. This was a notable achievement and demonstrated the effectiveness of the Care2Dance Challenge in promoting XD Studio's content and growing its audience. Overall, this project allowed me to showcase my organizational skills, as well as my ability to create engaging content and promote it effectively.As a result of my internship, I have developed a range of valuable skills. For example, I honed my leadership skills by leading the New Media team and assigning tasks to team members. I also helped to review and validate my team members' videos, which allowed me to further develop my communication skills. During the internship, I also improved my creativity by creating storyboards, editing videos, and designing Instagram posts. Finally, I learned how to work effectively in a team, cooperating with my colleagues on shared projects and contributing constructively to conversations and meetings.
