· In charge of Quality Department (70p) and ensure the full compliance of high value-added products to extreme conditions in Petrochemical industries· Lead Research and Development Department (5p) and deliver innovative solutions to meet global market demands, in-deep understanding of the metallurgical and technical trends · Supervise a Metallurgical Lab (13p) for material characterization· Coordinate a cross-functional and extra-cultural expert team for root cause analysis, corrective action and process optimization. Team members come from services of foundry, casting, welding and machining, and from both Chinese and Europe plants· Active technical support in field to introduce new products and solutions, and also to resolve customer claims, field failure analysis and etc.

· Develop Research and Development Department and build a capable team of 5 engineers for various R&D activities, we focus on product and process development to meet expectation from the market and to drive product leadership· Supervise a Metallurgical Lab (13 p) for various material analysis· Cooperate with other R&D centers and universities· Coordinate a cross functional team made up of foundry, welding and machining engineers for root cause analysis, corrective action, problem solving and process optimization· Active support for plant qualification, customer claims, field failure analysis

· Technical support for metal elaboration, centrifugal casting and NDT inspection· Supervise a Metallurgical Lab (13 p) for various material analysis· Lead the setup of one brand new Metallurgical Lab· Support for company qualification, such as ISO, PED, KGS and customer audits from world top Petrochemical companies· Customer oriented support: material choice, design calculation, metallurgical expertise· Coordinate with other plants and centers for technical and metallurgical exchange

· Production support for metal elaboration and centrifugal casting process· Lead continuous improvement and process optimization in plant· Coordinate with group plants for technical and metallurgical support· Customer technical support in field to resolve customer claims and failure analysis· Technical support for one Metallurgical Lab (8p)

One scientific research has been carried out to understand Recrystallisation-Assisted Creep phenomena, which is a key issue for an accurate control of product dimensions in a number of hot forming-related processes. Based on the obtained results, one numerical constitutive model has been built and applied in hot rolling process, which could save significant cost per year.
