* Dept/ Project Budget control* Establish Guideline/ Process/ Procedure in Fabrication/Installation for each new Project* Preparing construction strategy from fabrication to installation completion of each vessel and each project.* Build up and manage engineering teams or contractors.* Develop the workers and employees’ skills.* Building 5S workshop and develop Lean Manufacturing.* Assist to Dep’t Manager for Dep’t building up and development plan.
