Ensured the materials arriving on site have been checked to reduce any rework if incorrect.o Successfully negotiated with fabricators in terms of scheduling of fabrication delivery and furthermore, managed delivery and post-fabrication requirements such as QA, painting and non-destructive testing (NDT) according to client and industry standards. o Worked closely with fabricators and monitored fabrication progress to ensure that quality is adhered to according to oil and gas standards, as well as company quality procedures and at the same time, confirm that manufacturer’s data report (MDR) are produced and accurately documented.o Responsible as subcontractor field supervisor for all turnaround units and provided field engineering supports to subcontractors and assist in solving engineering queries that arise during the turnaround.o Field supervisor for subcontractor as Valve Tech in specific to repair welded valves in-situ for all units during the turnaround.
