-Planning, dispatching and training agents.-Manage baggage for over 20 departures per day (International and Domestic).-Leader of 6-10 agents crew on daily basis.-Multiple tasking, supporting airline representatives (Porter, Air Transit, etc.).-Strong team-working and communication, experienced with large operations.

-Ensure timely and reliable delivery of the airline's products, meeting demanding service level standards and on-time performance targets for our customer airlines.-Take a proactive approach to all tasks, employing forward planning and assuming responsibility for assigned duties.-Safely and efficiently manage all resources on the ramp, adhering to proper control measures.-Adhere to all ground handling regulations specified by the airlines.-Provide active support, guidance, and encouragement to colleagues in the workplace.
