Compose market scan report for buyers/customer, covering infant/general formulation products with DHA labeling within Asia Pacific markets to be used as supporting dossier for regulatory processing 2. Compose/organize/manage database enlisting all permitted nutrient function claims for vitamins, minerals, macronutrients and their conditions of use in food products for APAC and EU3. Reform/reconstruct formulation module to serve in R&D, allowing formulators to quickly verify the permitted dosage level for vitamins and minerals for Food Products in Asia Pacific and EU by solidifying data on Nutrient Reference Value (NRVs), Upper Limits (ULs) and utilizing various software skills4. Conduct interviews with the Vietnamese Food Administration in seek of up to date information about on-going and newly introduced regulations (decree 43 and 15) to support the formulation module 5. Handle questionnaires submitted by customers in regards to the purchased product, providing product specification, allergen declaration, certificates, overall information, etc... 6. Construct formulation module with information on recommended NRVs/UL of vitamins and minerals for Food Supplements that are permitted within the Asia Pacific region7. Initiate a database gathering information on permitted forms/variations of vitamins and minerals in the Asia Pacific region for Food and Supplement

Initiated a beginner handbook project for Asia Pacific cosmetic regulation, which encompasses the general information on market characteristics and regulation environment 3. Participated in a global team heading toward the proposal of a global E-commerce regulation report4. Engaged in numerous 1on1 discussion sessions with different key position holders from the Regulatory team, Marketing team, and R&D team to learn about the business from a different sectors standpoint

Lab assistant for the Skincare R&D team. 1. Cultured and developed new cells in support of skincare product testing. 2. Conduct a study on MMPs enzymes effects on cultured and treated cells to determine ingredient efficacy 3. Conducted studies on photo-aging and the relationship between skin exposure and MMPs enzyme inhibitors concentration in different age groups 3. Organise laboratory equipments to align with various GMPs and SOPs practices

As a project leader, I hosted a group of 30 French civil engineers to Vietnam over the course of 1 months. Our operation took place 50km away from Hanoi. The focuses of the program were education empowerment and healthcare awareness. Hence, with the help of locals and charity donor, we have managed to construct 1 classroom and 1 clinic for the local village.
