- Provide monthly/quarterly forecast on COGS.- Perform BOM - FACT variance analysis, clearly explain the root causes of any abnormality.- Monitor factory OPEX.- Produce monthly CAPEX control report.- Standardize fixed assets & payment process.- Partnership: product & procurement data support to improve COGS, react with the market's fluctuation.- Skills gained: + Ability to work cross-department as a business partner. + Process standardization. + SAP & Power BI experiences.

- Produce monthly and weekly costing report highlighting business trends: tracking material consumption, overhead and repair & maintenance expense to alert Production Line Managers (PMs) on their spending status, set target and control performance.- Find variances between actual result vs plan/forecast using contribution margin bridge model; proposeactions to close the gaps.- Perform deep-dive analysis on performance of each Product Line.- Manage outsourcing & processing business; analyze margin impact & assist decision making.- Manage inventory (in-house, outsource, processing): run inventory tracker to monitor the inventory level; coordinate with Planning and Supply Chain department to review the movement of stock on hand by item level and production line level; prepare reserve for obsolete inventory.- Partnership: Cambodia costing support.- Skills gained: + Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. + Well-prepared to deal with large volume of data. + Adaptability to embrace new processes and learn new things. + Excel skill and time management.
