As a Business Consultant, there are 2 main scope of work: Project and Pre-Sales1) Project:+ Anaplan Implementation for clients across APAC Region+ Experience in Supply Chain Planning use case for F&B Industry+ Process Design, Troubleshooting, UX Design+ Develop training material (Tech Document, Process and System Guidance Document)2) Pre-Sales+ Prepare demos for prospects+ Prepare proposal during RFP Stage

As an Analyst, there are 3 main scope of work: Project Management, Develop Training Material, and Research.1) Project Management:+ Play a role as a PMO to manage a project regarding to deploy IT System.+ Manage subcontractor, deliverables, monthly report, project planning and execution+ Manage timeline to meet efficiency in Time, Cost, and Quality.2) Training Material+ Develop training material regarding to IT Security in Corporate which follow to latest Decree 13 from the Vietnamese government.+ Research, summarize, and incorporate Decree 13 into business practice.3) Research:+ IT Vendors.+ Financial Services.+ FMCG Industry.

Projects:+ SAP TMS: Test and analyze results from the TMS System. Coordinate with the Transportation Team to validate the results and obtain insight from actual operation. Directly work with consulting team to adjust the logic and constraints for optimization model.+ EDI: Coordinator of the project during design, develop, UAT, and hyper-care phases. Develop training material for end-users. Collaborate with dev team and operation team to gain insights and reflect them on the development phase. Conduct analysis in project savings+ Productivity: Lead project related to improve productivity for Production Area and deliver savings (~$32,000).

Category: Raw Material (Woven) and MROAccountabilities:(60%): Raw Material End-to-end Purchasing Process from receiving PR to payment for suppliers. Handle issues occur in quality and delay in shipment.(20%): MRO End-to-end Purchasing Process from receiving request to payment for suppliers.(10%): Prepare and organize documents to submit for Manager/Director approval to conduct payment for vendors.(10%): Continuous Improvement in the purchasing process and personal working tasks.

- Assist BD Manager for contacting 30 potential customers per week, setting up meeting with potential customers for business' opportunities discussion.- Prepare proposal and quotation for RFQ Stage.- Assist in translating business contract

- Play a role in making decisions about sales promotions.- Prepare monthly plan for Sales Team and make sure we can achieve monthly target approximately 90 millions VND revenue.- Prepare webinar plans for Sales Team in order to promote our products.- In charge of building a new channel to find more than 300 new customers. - Successfully building a community with more than 3,500 members within 3 months.- Consult suitable courses for our customers.

- Play a role in making decision about sales promotions.- Prepare monthly plan for Sales Team and make sure we can achieve monthly target.- Prepare webinar plans for Sales Team in order to promote for our products.- In charge of building new channel to find new customers. - Successfully building a community with more than 3,500 members within 3 months.- Consult suitable courses for our customers.
