CurrentInfollion is a marketplace for subject matter experts, independent consultants, and freelancers to facilitate their access to short-term expertise in companies, consulting firms, and investment funds. We operate at the forefront of the gig economy in the premium segment in India, the US, MENA, and UK-DACH regions.My Role:1. Empanelment of experts: I have been responsible for selecting and approving experts to be part of a panel for providing research services. This involves evaluating their qualifications, expertise, and experience to ensure they meet the required standards.2. Sourcing and onboarding subject matter experts: I have experience in searching for and recruiting subject matter experts from recruitment portals, particularly LinkedIn. I have worked across the APAC, MENA, and US regions to find experts who are knowledgeable in specific industries or domains.Acting as an interface between industry experts, CXOs, and the client delivery team: I have served as a bridge between industry experts, executives (CXOs), and the team responsible for delivering services to clients. This involves facilitating communication, ensuring smooth collaboration, and aligning the experts' insights with the client's strategic consulting or private equity (PE) funds requirements.3. Understanding client requirements and serving them with appropriate subject matter experts: I have developed the ability to comprehend the unique needs and goals of clients and match them with the most suitable subject matter experts. This includes conducting in-depth discussions with clients, analyzing their requirements, and making informed recommendations to ensure they receive the expertise they require.Overall, I have a strong background in empanelments, sourcing experts, and acting as an interface between industry experts, CXOs, and the client delivery team. My focus is on understanding client needs and delivering the appropriate subject matter experts to meet those needs effectively.
