- Instructed university students from different majors in various subjects, mainly English for Special Purposes and Translation skills, with an average of 30 pupils per class.- Supervised students in extracurricular and youth-based activities.- Carried out administrative and office tasks within the operation of the English Faculty.

- Instructed university students to improve their English proficiency in terms of speaking, writing, reading & listening, with an average of 30 pupils per class.- Conducted annual tests and supervising students during their studying progress, both via online and onsite platforms.

- Tutored and instructed students to sharpen their English skills to reach a minimum IELTS Score of 6.5.- Hosted and conducted speaking practice platforms during students' study process.

- Co-authored and proofread the English - Vietnamese Translation Manual for Vietnam's International Integration in the Finance - Banking Sector, published by the National Center for Translation and Interpretation,- Handled various documents and translation paperwork for the National Translation-Interpreter Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

- Instructed and helped secondary school teachers from Hanoi to reach a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or above, in accordance with Vietnam's National Six-levels of Foreign Language Proficiency Framework;- Conducted annual tests and supervised students during their study process.
