The main responsibilities that I have was to develop and sustain a knowledge base engineering suite of tools and applications using C++. After 8 years, I am known in the team as a subject matter expert on using CATIA C++ framework to programmatically generate 3D models. My other responsibilities includes developed and maintain an internal web service to assist design engineer update Enovia PLM aircraft analysis packages using WCF as the underlying technology.Over the years, one of our big challenges was the migration from ClearCase configuration management to GIT, which I co-lead. During the transition, we had to architect and redefine how our source code would look. We had to move away from the old model which are deeply ingrained into the new model. After the transition, I trained my colleagues on the system usage and research effective tools with GUI to ease the transition pain. Since the shift, our group saved the company thousands of dollars on license fees.In order to improve our code quality, I co-lead our evaluation of HPFortify. After a year, with the tool, we were able to reduce hundreds of memory leaks, dead code and security flaws in our code base. We also introduces best practices into our build process to strive for first time quality. By doing so, we calculated over 1600 hours saving with the software quality improvement.

Lead and acted as a liaison between our offshore development team and customers to gather and communicate requirements. Working along with the customer, our team worked in sprint to deliver most valued added feature to the business. Code was delivered, tested and integrated on a weekly basis to in order for customers to assist with regression testing.
