- Receive inbound calls, chats and make outbound calls.- Having solid knowledge of bank’s products (mobile application, lending, transfer, CASA,…), procedures; receive, clarify customer’s enquiries and communicate with teammates and related departments to answer correctly customer’s enquiries...- Raise disputes for M&S, IT & DEV team to fix issues and enhance features on systems & application.

- Receive 80 -120 inbound calls and make outbound calls.- Resolve products or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solutions to solve the problems or send tasks to technicians.
