-Organizer and leader of The Chicago Excursion event-The Chicago Excursion is a one-day tour around Chicago's most-famous attractions for new North Parkers to become familiar with the city, adapting to the U.S. culture and Chicago social knowledge. Organized by the International Committee, the event's main mission is to build an educative and Joyful community to connect generations of North Parkers together.Tasks: - Managed the overall operations and resources of the project, prepared the financial plan and promotion campaign, which included designed the project, fundraised, marketed and continuously innovated against arisen issues. - Led the trip with other student leaders and coordinated the event into success.

Logistic with spent grains for local breweries.Supervisor: North Park University's Operation Management Professor-Mark Gavoor.Tasks: Research and utilize the use of spent grains after the brewing process. Our focus is to understand the challenges and find a logistics solution to either have the grain used as animal feed or to compost it. The main mission of this project is to create a win-win situation for both brewers and farmers. This had been done in the past by some big brewers, but there are still brewers spending thousands of dollars to dump their waste, farmers who are spending money feeding their cattle and landfills that are constantly filled up with wasted which cause negative effects to the environment.

The Pig Race is an annual activity inspired by The Amazing Race, it is an event for high school students from all of the high schools in my city to have fun and learn about Saigon - my hometown in Vietnam. Main jobs:Taking responsibility for managing from the creative stage to selecting locations and preparing logistics.Led my team around the city in search of suitable places for the event.Ensuring the morale of my team members as well by organizing team building events, so people can have fun and relieve pressure.
