Vendor management- Maintain vendor database on a regular basis to ensure the criteria for qualified information is adhered.- Develop sourcing strategies and diversify supplier lists.- Monitor, evaluate and improve vendor performance on a continuous basis.- Maintain good relationship with vendors and re-negotiate prices on a regular basis.Procurement of goods and services- Work with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements.- Select appropriate suppliers and negotiate contract terms.- Be responsible for order placement timing, supply/demand alignment, material replenishment and supplier performance to keep track of order pipeline systematically on a regular basis.- Negotiate, optimize, and manage payment terms.- Provide guidance for departments to process small value purchases as regulated in Procurement process.Procurement planning- Develop annual procurement plan.- Control and monitor expenses compared to approved budgets.Documentation & asset registration on the systemArchive contracts on department shared drive and secured physical storage.- Maintain contract management database.- Register new asset on Asset Management System and generate asset code for Property management team.

- Track and record student class attendance, prepare reminders for students, and check students’ homework.- Cooperate with the teacher to manage students in class(es), give extra help to children with special needs, and prepare properly material for class(es) experiment for course outline.- Contact parents for students’ studying progress- Prepare school events, trips, and activities
