- Make a plan for packing every day.- Write a report of the packing quantity every day.- Monitoring work progress and make changes if needed.- Work closely with Quality, Production and Shipping department.- Check new orders in ERP and discuss with Production Manager for special orders.- Arrange with leader and workers about packaging standards to ensure it meets customer requirements. - Request for purchasing product label every month.- Check inventory end of each month.Accomplishment:- Reduce workers in Packing Department but maintain daily work and guarantee that the package deliveries precisely when needed.- Maintaining a clean and organized factory (5S).
