Work as a key member of the Sales Team at Macs Adventure. My role is to understand customer needs, communicate my passion for the trips and convert leads into bookings. I reply to new customer enquiries, converting customer proposals to bookings and following up on warm leads. Beyond the sales role I created the Social Impact Team at Macs Adventure, have been a leader in culture club, host webinars and was heavily involved in the conversion of the walking routes into the Macs Adventure App.

I worked on the airplane models A319, A320, A321, A330 and A340, flying both long and short haul flights. My responsibilities varied depending on my position on the flight, but first and foremost we were there for the safety of the passengers. We were trained how to act in case of any emergency situation on the plane, from emergency evacuations, crash landings, hijackings, unruly passengers, medical emergencies and decompressions. This experienced allowed me to improve on my team work, communication and language skills as my colleagues and I were reliant on each other and the information provided needed to be clear, concise and many times in several languages.
