KEHA-keskus (Development and Administrative Services Centre for ELY-Centres and TE-Offices) is a multi-location in-house development organisation. I work in a unit that provides training and development services for employment and integration authorities.In my role, I actively support the implementation of the Government Programme by ensuring that public employment and business services personnel have the necessary skills. I am responsible for the process of planning, executing, and evaluating the annual training program for TE-offices, later municipal employment authorities and ELY-centres. I design and manage courses in our online learning environment and organize training using blended learning.Given the politically charged and ever-evolving nature of public employment services, my work is a continuous journey of learning and change management.

Salmia was a training and development center within the Ministry of Employment and the Economy’s administrative sector, offering comprehensive personnel training and organizational development services to ELY-centres and TE-offices across the nation.From 2010 to 2013, I was a process owner in training and development services for TE-offices. From 2010 to 2011, I oversaw the transition from the Labour Institute to Salmia as part of the management team.My aera of expertise was in public recruitment and business services. I played a key role in assisting management with the renewal of TE-offices’ core service processes and provided specialized training for employment specialists and business advisors within the Enterprise Finland network. I increasingly leveraged digital learning environments and video conferencing to enhance learning outcomes and the training experience.

Labour Institute was a personnel training center operating in the Ministry of Labour's administrative sector. It provided personnel training for employment offices nationwide. I facilitated the implementation of new legislation, political decisions, and strategies related to public employment and business services by delivering targeted training for employment advisors and psychologists. My area of expertise was customer service and public business services and employment services for employers.

I provided public employment services for jobseekers and employers.

I created content for the HR intranet regarding eg. the transition from a government agency to a government owned business. This included themes on change management and well-being.
